Terms of Service
PureRank ("the Service") is a product of SVS Project LLC, doing business as IT Carolina ("we", "us", "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, with its principal place of business at 3540 Toringdon Way, Charlotte, NC 28277. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms; if you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
PureRank is an automated content-quality auditing tool. It crawls publicly available pages of a website you submit and produces a heuristic "AI Spam Score" and related report. The score is a probabilistic estimate for editorial prioritization only. It is not a Google metric, is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC, and does not prove authorship of any content.
2. Accounts
Authentication is provided via a third-party identity provider. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
3. Acceptable use
- Only submit domains you own or are authorized to audit, or that are lawfully publicly accessible.
- Do not use the Service to disrupt, overload, or attack any third-party site.
- Do not resell, scrape, or bulk-extract the Service beyond your plan's API quotas.
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication, quotas, billing, or access reports that are not yours.

4. Plans, billing and refunds
Paid plans (subscriptions and one-time purchases) are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your dashboard's billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Refunds: for subscriptions, you may request a refund of the most recent charge within 14 days if you have not made substantial use of the Service during that period; charges for periods after that are non-refundable. One-time purchases (e.g. the Recovery Audit) are non-refundable once the corresponding report has been generated, because the work is performed and delivered immediately. We may, at our sole discretion, grant refunds beyond this policy in cases of documented Service failure. Prices may change with notice for future billing periods. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable statutory refund or cancellation right you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
5. Your data and reports
We store the reports you generate (scores, signals, URLs) so you can retrieve and share them. Report visibility (public/private) is controlled by you and your plan. Raw fetched HTML is discarded after analysis. See our Privacy Policy.
6. Third-party integrations
If you connect Google Search Console or similar, you authorize us to read the associated performance data on your behalf, solely to enrich your reports. You can disconnect at any time.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that scores are accurate or complete, that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that use of the Service will result in any particular search-ranking, traffic, or business outcome. Any reliance you place on the Service or its output is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will SVS Project LLC (d/b/a IT Carolina), or its members, officers, employees, or suppliers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SVS Project LLC (d/b/a IT Carolina) and its members, officers, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or connected with (a) your use or misuse of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right, or (c) your submission of any domain you were not authorized to audit.
9. Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before bringing any claim, you agree to first contact us at support@pure-rank.com and attempt in good faith to resolve the matter informally for at least 30 days. Any dispute not resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or it is permanently barred to the extent allowed by law.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 4–9 and 12) survive.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice, and the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. General
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect and the unenforceable provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.
